SARA Tremor + Path Deviation Weighting

SARA Tremor = oscillation amplitude around the drawn path, corresponding to the action-tremor criterion of SARA Nose-Finger. Path Deviation = slow drift away from the guide line, an optional CeMoQu measure. Drag the bar to control how much Path Deviation contributes (0% excludes it; snaps to 10%).

Not yet applied to scoring. The current SARA score still uses P95 deviation only, until the tremor / path-deviation split is implemented.
